ScenicVue at Bayonne

This ambitious project is situated on prime waterfront real estate, just a ferry ride from Manhattan. The developers of ScenicVue at Bayonne wanted to breathe new life into the New Jersey city by building a hub for retailers, a home for commuting professionals, and a shopping destination for Bayonne locals and visitors alike.

We designed ScenicVue from the ground up, working with the developers to identify the amenities most likely to appeal to their target market. The two-building complex we conceived curves around itself to create private courtyards, balancing intimate inner spaces with sweeping views of the Bayonne Golf Club, the Verrazano Bridge, New York Harbor and Manhattan.

With detailed plans for over six hundred luxury residential units, retail spaces, common areas and amenities, we brought the developers’ dreams to fruition—without exceeding their budget. It was with great pride that we watched the governor of New Jersey participate in the groundbreaking ceremony, full of appreciation for all ScenicVue stands to bring to the Bayonne community.
