Linden Stations

Taking its name from the nearby NJ Transit depot, Linden Station was created to house both renters and retailers. Accurate Builders and Developers approached us with the goal of designing an upscale mixed-use complex geared towards commuters who want comfortable homes with convenient access to New York City.

We developed plans for 234 well-appointed residential units, as well as people-friendly storefronts and recreational areas. Open-floor concepts allow for ample natural light in each of the studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. We kept costs low by sourcing quality materials from affordable vendors, resulting in significant savings to the developer without compromising their vision.
