After the developers bought nine acres of property covered largely in wetlands, they knew that building a profitable project would pose a challenge. They reached out to HHDesigners for assistance in creating a land-development concept that would skirt the wetlands while maximizing the space and making the best use of the property. 

The HHDesigners team surveyed the land, consulted with engineers, and strategized on how to ensure the highest ROI possible. Ultimately, we proposed a luxury townhouse development comprising 28 townhomes that would exist within the natural landscape.
