Jerusalem Estates

Jerusalem Estates, a large development of luxury apartments, is situated on prime historic real estate in the heart of Jerusalem. The project was designed by expert architects and designers and saw great initial success. Prospective buyers for the upper-floor apartments, however, were unsure about the open floor plans and layout, stalling sales and making it difficult for the developers to sell the remaining apartments.

The developers commissioned HHDesigners to determine customer preferences and develop detailed renderings of the floor plans to help potential buyers visualize the design possibilities for the finished space. Using advanced design techniques, we reconfigured the layout of these apartments to suit the preferences of potential home-owners and rendered these designs to create 3D video tours which would showcase the apartments’ potential. Within a week, as a direct result of these video tours, all of these apartments were under contract.
